Partendo
da Helsinki, citta' da visitare, si prosegue a nord-est verso la
regione dei laghi: bellissimi paesaggi con laghi, laghetti, boschi di
pini e betulle, attraversati da strade diritte e poco transitate. Si
arriva ai confini con la Russia, habitat ideale per l'orso, per
proseguire poi verso nord fino alla Lapponia. In questo territorio la
vegetazione comincia ad essere piu' rada, inoltre e' facile incontrare
lepri, renne e anche alci che attraversano la strada. La fine
dell'itinerario e' a Rovaniemi, bella capitale della Lapponia, poco
caotica e si trova sulle sponde del fiume Kemijoki. Qui nel mese di
Maggio il sole tramonta intorno alle ventitre e sorge verso le tre e
mezzo del mattino creando dei bellissimi scenari.

Starting from Helsinki (beautiful town to be
visited) one goes on to nord-est in direction of the lake area: very
beautiful landscapes with lakes, woods of pines and birches, they are
crossed by roads straight and little transit. Just arrived to the
borders with Russia, ideal habitat for the bear, North direction is
continued to arrive to Lapland. In this territory the vegetation starts
being thin, furthermore it is easy to meet hares, reindeer and also elk
which cross the road. The end of the route is to Rovaniemi, capital of
Lapland, it is on the Kemijoki river shores and is not a very chaotic
town. Here, in May, the sun sets about the twenty-three and rises
towards half past three of the morning creating some very beautiful
scenarios.
